From the Archives of a Common Sensei – Volume 5: Process Readiness Scan Guidance


In Volume 4 we discussed the Readiness Capability Assessment method (Ideal State) of determining where to apply our focus. The tool below is an example of how to analyze the process readiness of the organization prior to moving forward. This method will help identify where to concentrate your process efforts rather than try to tackle everything at once. The ideal state chart is an example of attributes required to be a successful process improvement organization.
